Wade brings nearly four decades of experience advising high-net-worth clients on wealth strategy, tax efficiency, and asset protection. As founder of Financial Solutions Network and Senior Advisor to GP Ventures, he leverages extensive financial, legal, and tax networks to support the firm’s expansion into private equity and hedge fund strategies. Wade focuses on delivering fiduciary-aligned, riskmanaged solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of Family Offices and sophisticated investors.

Daniel brings extensive experience in capital markets, private placements, and international real estate development.

Before founding GP Ventures Capital Management, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Intersection Capital, Oren Klaff’s investment firm, where he led the expansion of the firm’s equity capital markets and investor-relations platform.

Over his career, Daniel has overseen transactions exceeding $900 million in annual exits and trained more than 3,000 investment professionals, combining operational leadership with deep expertise in alternative investments.

Previously, Eugenio served as Head of Capital Markets at Ideanomics (NASDAQ: IDEX) and held roles at Citigroup, DLA Piper, the International Monetary Fund, the International Finance Corporation, and the MIT Sloan School of Management. In addition to his professional roles, Eugenio teaches finance, FinTech, corporate governance, ESG, and securities regulation through Harvard University’s executive education programs.
